A 48v DC powered rack is now available for PTT/exchange battery operation (TR16-DC and TR16/2-DC). A 3 slot rack, only 1U high is now available. (TR10) This unit ideally compliments Router installations where up to three 2.048 Mbps circuits are required. The 3 slot rack avoids the extra expense and complexity of a larger rack (TR16) and provides a more elegant solution than using three standalone devices.

The 16 slot TR16 and the 8 slot TR16/2 are custom designed rack systems for multiple Teltronix data communications devices.
All Teltronix "TR" card products can be accommodated in any combination within the racks, giving a flexible, cost effective system.
The TR16 has optional dual redundant power supplies. Both systems have front loaded power supplies; Hot swapability allows the network to stay up while cards are switched.
Both the TR16 and the TR16/2 are approved to BS EN 60950.
